Stock items are sold by the case. Printed cups start at 1,000 (2 boxes of 500); other printed items show their minimum on the product page.
Prices on the site exclude VAT; the price including VAT is shown underneath. VAT is added at checkout.
UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £300 + VAT. Below that it is £14.95 + VAT.
Stock items arrive in 1–2 business days. Printed items are delivered in 3–4 business days after proof approval.
No. Checkout works as a guest. After ordering you get a private link to your order page, where you can follow its progress and upload artwork. Lost the link? Use Track an order.
AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB. Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG) give the sharpest print.
Yes. Tick “I’ll upload after checkout” on the product page, then upload from your order page when you’re ready. We start printing once we have your file and your approved proof.
Always. We check your file and send a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. For bank transfer, use your order number as the reference; we start once the payment arrives.
Unopened stock items can be returned within 14 days. Printed items are made for you, so they can only be returned if faulty or different from the approved proof. See our returns page for details.
