Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on Baypack. The seller is Bayram Foods Ltd, Unit 11A, Waterways Business Centre, Navigation Drive, Enfield EN3 6JJ. Please read them before ordering. If you buy as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a price was shown in error; if we do, we will refund anything you have paid.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the price including VAT shown underneath. VAT at the current rate is added at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

3. Payment

We start work once payment has been received. For bank transfer, please use your order number as the reference. Orders not paid within 14 days may be cancelled.

4. Printed and custom products

  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos and text you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • We check your file and send a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it. Please check the proof carefully: once approved, we print exactly what it shows.
  • Printed colours can vary slightly from screen colours and between production runs.
  • Because printed items are made for you, they cannot be cancelled once printing has started and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the approved proof.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates; see our delivery page. Please check your delivery when it arrives and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

7. Our liability

We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business. For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
