Privacy policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Baypack ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why, and what rights you have. The data controller is Bayram Foods Ltd, Unit 11A, Waterways Business Centre, Navigation Drive, Enfield EN3 6JJ.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, business name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, what you ordered and any artwork you upload.
- Your account: if you create one, your email address, your name and the way you sign in (an email link, Google, Apple or Facebook). When you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook we receive your name and email address from them; we never see your password for those services.
- Messages and quote requests: the details you type into our forms.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Payments: card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical and usage data: our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security. With your consent, analytics and advertising tools also collect information about your visit; see "Cookies, analytics and advertising" below.
Why we use it
- To take, make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it (contract).
- To run your account and show your orders and details (contract).
- To answer your messages and quote requests (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To understand how the website is used and how our ads perform, only if you accept those cookies (consent).
- To protect the website from abuse, for example by limiting repeated form submissions (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the website: hosting, database, file storage for images and artwork, email delivery, sign-in and, where offered, card payments. They process data only on our instructions. We also share delivery details with the courier carrying your order. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google and Meta receive information about your visit (see below). We never sell your data.
Website support: Evrien Creative
Evrien Creative is the trading name of Evrien Limited. Evrien Limited builds and maintains this website for us and provides hosting-related support, security, performance monitoring and analytics services.
For these purposes, authorised people at Evrien Limited may access website data, analytics information, technical logs, configuration and personal data submitted through the website, where this is reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure or improve the website. Evrien Limited acts only on our instructions and must handle personal data securely and only for these purposes. More information is in Evrien Creative's privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website uses essential cookies and storage for your basket, signing in, security, payments and remembering your cookie choice. With your consent we may also use Google Analytics to understand visits and pages viewed, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising tools to measure and show our ads. None of these optional cookies are switched on until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Our cookie policy lists them in detail.
International transfers
Some of our providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on an appropriate safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open; you can ask us to close it at any time (order records are still kept for the six years above). Messages and quote requests are kept for up to two years unless they lead to an order. Artwork uploaded without completing an order is deleted automatically after seven days. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, take it elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@baypack.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
