Stock items

If you change your mind, you can return unused stock items in their original, unopened cases within 14 days of delivery. Email info@baypack.co.uk with your order number first and we will tell you where to send them. Return delivery is at your cost, and we refund the price of the returned items once they arrive in good condition.

Printed and custom items

Printed items are made for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or — for printed items — different from the proof you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the items or refund you, and collect them at our cost if needed.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 working days of us approving the return.

If you buy as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
